Studio Hire Bookings

To confirm your booking please send or email us the booking form (download below) . We usually require a credit card booking deposit to secure your booking. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions

To book or reserve camera or lighting equipment please contact us for pricing and availability.

For individuals and freelancers booking for the first time with us, equipment must be collected in person. Only once we get to know you we will deliver direct to your door. On collection we need to see some proof of ID ( passport/ driving licence) and two proofs of home address ( recent ulitity bills etc). For equipment valued at over £1,000 we also require the hirer to insure the equipment for all risks and provide us with a cover note prior to pick up. For equipment hired that is valued under £1000 we will accept a deposit against damage. (NB you are still liable for the full replacement cost under our T&Cs). We accept most major credit and debit cards.

If you need help with insurance please call us, we are happy to give you some guidance and point you to several companies that can provide policies, including those with an immediate online service for quick daily cover.

For corportate bookings we need an official order and confirmed contact. Personal collection may still be required and initial bookings must be paid in advance and insurance cover is still required.

We only provide credit accounts for clients with an ongoing rental history with us.
